Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2–4 business days
  • International Shipping: 10–21 business days (where available)

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Threshold details are displayed at checkout.

Print-on-Demand Orders Because our products are made to order, please allow additional processing time before shipment. Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages Marked By Loyalty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
