Returns Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, so please review our size guide carefully before ordering.
Eligible Returns You may be eligible for a return or replacement if:
- Your item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item or size
- Your item was lost in transit
To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery at (602) 791-0274 or via email with your order number and photos of the issue.
Refunds Once your return is approved, we will process one of the following at our discretion:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- A store credit
- A replacement item at no additional cost
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items showing signs of wear or washing
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted.
